Public Source Data

The United States Attorney Registry publishes professional credential information sourced from publicly available records, including state bar association databases, court admission records, and licensing authority records. The registry does not publish private personal information beyond professional credentials that are part of the public record.

Accuracy

Every effort is made to maintain accurate information. Verification levels indicate the depth of validation completed for each listing. Notwithstanding verification efforts, the registry does not guarantee that information is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Information may change between verification cycles.

Correction Procedure

Errors in listing data may be reported via formal Errata Filing to standards@jimmywagner.com. Corrections are reviewed and processed according to the classification system documented on the Errata Policy page.

Removal Requests

Requests for removal of a listing from the registry may be submitted to standards@jimmywagner.com. Removal requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the public interest in maintaining accurate professional licensing records, applicable law, and the specific circumstances of the request.

No Personal Data Beyond Professional Records

This registry does not publish home addresses, personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, or other private contact information. Published data is limited to professional credentials that are part of the public record through state bar and court records.

No Commercial Use of Data

The registry does not sell, license, or distribute listing data to third parties for commercial purposes including marketing, solicitation, or lead generation.
